Today's Workout: Strength & bike
Monday's Workout: Yoga/stretching

Ahhhh my outer hip/thigh area is sore & achy. This happened right after Saturday's run. So I have been abstaining from running. Instead, I went to yoga & did some strength training. boo.

I hope this doesn't ruin my running stamina that I've built.
