Run: 3 miles [easy]
Thoughts: Is my hip hurting?? I can't tell....maybe it is; but I'm not sure... Should I stop?
I have been crazy paranoid about my potential ITBS. I have not felt too much pain in my hip so I decided to go out for an easy 3 miler. Although I wanted to run faster, I made sure to pace myself and not go too nuts.
With each stride, I kept trying to see if there was pain/discomfort. I began to imagine it was there bc I have been so paranoid about making it worse! Does that even make sense??

Today I started my practicum under a wonderful, knowledgeable Registered Dietitian. I primarily shadowed and saw some tube feeding calculations.
