Day 2, Week1

Today...

[Breakfast was 'Nana Oats]

Lunch - last night's leftovers (brown rice,beans,corn, greenbeans, peas & teriyaki sauce); tangerine; yellow peppers

AfterSchool Snax: banana, carrots/hummus


Dinner: KALE CHIPS! - so delicious...baked w/ S&P, olive oil


Roasted butternut squash & carrots w. garlic powder, italian seasoning, S&P

A chocolate truffle... (not part of the rules...but now it is).


I am super full...

I've digested & am ready for my 3.5 mile run.

kale chips! genius. I like chard, it's so buttery. yum yum
