OK so not a full day of pics today in part bc I ate exactly the same things I ate yesterday (Leftovers), except for a small Garden Salad that I bought from Gramercy Cafe bc I rushed to class and forgot all my prepped snacks!
Garden Salad contained: mushrooms, sprouts, lettuce, shredded carrots, cucumbers, honey mustard dressing
Eats were:
-'nana oats as per usual
-garden salad
-banana
-edamame
-roasted squash/carrots
-bean brown rice
-tangerine
carrot fries!!
Been eating dinner quite early these days (6pm)...these veggies make me feel bloated...and I keep craving snacks like my cereal swirls.
Also, I've began to realize that I don't have to change my normal diet all that much. What changed most is NONE of my usual sweets/snacks ie. cereal swirls, pb filled pretzel nubs, flax cereal, chocolate (i had the truffle though...), baked sweet nothings.

I am adding another diet experiment to the 3 I already plan on bc we have to do it for our MNT class as a project....
We have to be diabetic for 2 days.
Basically, we have to:
1-pretend we are diabetic
2- be our own dietitian by prescribing ourselves an adequate diabetic diet
3-follow it
4-write about it

Woke up this morning around 7:30am & realized I didn't have my morning class, but still had the afternoon class, so picked up & dropped off: a slab of 70% dark chocolate bar & a thank you card for my professor (for writing my recc. letters). She is a super sweet woman.
Had Research Seminar in which I learned a ton & really enjoyed class today... I love that our professor is so practical in material she decided to teach us.
