1. Sleep earlier, rise earlier.
2. Sign up & train for a race.
3. Snag a Summer internship with either Project AHEAD or NY Health Dept.
4. Volunteer @ NYP hospital
5. Continue Core strength training.
6. Finish decorating the bedroom & living room.
7. Jump start my Etsy shop!
8. Run a total of 15-20 miles each week.
Eats to come; breakfast to start:
banana, almond butter, graham cracker, soy milk...OATS!
On another note, I keep a weekly Mileage/Exercise log on my Blackberry to keep me on track.
