a] MOVING:
There is a fairly fair chance I may be moving to Boston depending on a computer system that has control over my future and my entire life path! Bc of this probability, I am trying to get myself in the mindset that it is a possibility so I do not freak out if it happens.
b] LIBRARY:
I have been frequenting the Queens Public Library recently. I have not gone in a very long time due to certain traumatic experiences in my childhood. I may be being a bit dramatic here, but let's just say my Dad's wallet was not; and it turns out Barnes & Noble was actually a better deal! You do the detective work, Encyclopedia Brown.
In the past 10 years, Library technology has really made leaps and bounds! Like...
1. how you just stack the books on top of the scanner and it recognizes all the stacked books
2. touch screen chk out
3. email reminders that my books are due soon!
I would like to add that I have been extremely responsible by:
-returning books on time.
-only checking out 3 books at a time (i am responsible enough to know what i can handle!)
c] CIRCUITS:
i <3>
I may abhor strength training, but I sure do love my circuit training! I found a plan online where you do:
1 set of strength training exercise [ie. side planks]
THEN...
1 minute of running
And you repeat with different strength exercises to break up the monotony of reps of stuff. And by the end, you've also ran like 2-3 miles! WOW.
You also feel all the hard work the next day in every fibers of the muscles.
To start the week off, I went to YOGA for their 7am class. Afterwards, I stalled at Sbux to read my library books before meeting a friend by Union Sq. for lunch. I feels so good to just sit and read and be cool at a coffee shop. No but seriously, it is just a nice calm environment. And who could say no to copious amount of COFFEE?? not i!
