1. almost got hit by a car @ mile 8
-totally both of our faults, I should've paid more attention, she should have stopped at the STOP sign
2. almost slammed head on with a white bird with sharp beak
-what a close call, I think I shrieked... but kept running-there were ppl behind me for godsakes.
3. had to utilize my "STOP" hand signal...boldly & confidently!
-it was my WALK signal, but cars were turning into MY line of crossing! Bitches! So after the 3rd car (they think if they go in line, they'll get away with it) So I begin to briskly walk and RAISED MY northface covered hand and my hand said STOP!!! as my eyes darted straight at the SUV's driver. I was so proud! what?? it was a big deal.
