Substantially Warmed up!

The past few days I've been noticing the dang peroneal tendonitis creeping up on my leg....again. Thus, had to take it easy on the old leg. But! today I had a great workout WITHOUT any pain!! ahh.. the sweet reward of substantial warm ups!

Here's what went down:
15mins ET
-strength: alternating arms/core = 23mins
15min jog @5.3 mph (no pain!! in knees OR ankle!)

Now, Resting, Icing, Compressing (knee), Elevating the leg with frozen veggies.

Tonight's dinner was roasted veggies w/ olive oil, garlic powder, S n' P. (soooo delicious - even Jes loved it!)

GM (green monsters) to sip on in escuela. Don't you love my new smoothie sippie cup???
