I had organic Flax cereal from TJ's, it's kinda sweet but not too sweet (very delicious & happens to be healthful) & paired it w. soy milk...you know, the usual (if it's not oatmeal...). Then I added a spoonful of pomegranate into the mix & it was so darn good!
(this was a small serving bc I went back for seconds & realized i should document it)
Later, for lunch - leftovers (brown rice, corn, peas, meat) & a salad
dinner was the above leftover...again w. carrots & snow peas. Tasty & it's all gone now. so tomrw shall be something different, hopefully.
