mmm Pomegranate & WWpancakes...

Ok, TODAY WAS OFFICIALLY THE BEST BREAKFAST!
I made homemade pancakes, I never follow recipes to the T; so not sure exactly of how much of each was in there but i approximated; I added lots of fiber - see recipe @ the bottom :)I had my ww pancakes w. a dollop of Greek yogurt & a sprinkle of pomegranate! delish...for real.



Makes abt 15 silver dollar pancakes
-1c whole-wheat flour
- 3tbs bran (for more added fiber)
-1tsp vanilla
-1/2 tbs melted butter
- dash of cinnamon
-1 egg
-sprinkle of sugar/salt
- 1 1/4 c Almond breeze (almond milk) -you can use any type of milk
-2 tsp baking soda

Mix dry ingredients together, then add wet ingredients. Heat up pan &...make the pancakes!
It's super duper easy.

Also, I made a scarf for my best friend in my Nutrition Program - Jessica V. She is awesome & was so helpful throughout the semester :) Ironic, bc my best friend is also Jessica Lax! Ok, I sound like im in 3rd grade...let's end this here.
