I made my first green monster & it was good! A green monster is this type of smoothie I've been seeing on numerous blogs. It is so nutritious, it's scary. The 'green' is from SPINACH! and you add whatever frozen fruits and milks and sweeteners you want. Here's my recipe: (oh, you should be warned I don't follow recipes, so this is just an approximate)
-4 large chunks frozen mango
-some frozen raspberries
-sprinkle of oat bran
-unsweetened organic soy milk
Rocket blend away!
*you really can't taste the spinach & you can cross a serving of veggie & fruits off your list!
