Lazy Sunday

I'd like to dedicate this post to my new Pointe Shoes! These are my first pairs and they are the "PLIE" shoes. It took about an hour & a half for my shoe fitting but all worth the while. I'm not going to lie, these babies hurt my feet like no other. But they're just so pretty! I will continue to document the journey these shoes go through in future posts.



Friday Jessica, Lisa & I attended a taping of Jo Koy's act for Comedy Central at Kaye Playhouse - our school. We were online for about an hour and a half and were finally seated at 10:15pm. The opening act was two guys from the Black Eyed Peas. They were 'aiight' to say the least. Then Jo Koy came out and he is so freakin Hilarioius!! I'd reenact his jokes, but of course I will not do it justice. Just watch it!

Yesterday after work, Francesca, Marina & I went to Atlas Mall to have dinner and catch up. We had Japanese, I ordered the usual - Spicy salmon with crunch & good ole' california rolls. I love them so much; we are the best of friends. I'd love to see what we all amount to in a few yrs lol (that was one of our convos). Franny....the minimalist - "I'm a minimalist - I like to do the minimum amount of work to get by." lol! Marina - the Math Wizard! and Me? .... Good question. I have no idea I just know I'll be successful and live life in the fab lane like Kimora.



Today! Jes, Vron, Reezey, Jose, Steve & I all piled into Steve's car (a small Integra) and headed to Tomo...for more Japanese food. It's funny the conversations that arise.
Reece: "Have you ever played that game where you try to spot the nipple and point at the spot you think it is?"
Everyone: (murmurs of 'yeahs'... 'ums'.. and 'I guesses'....)
Vron: "Yeah, you just point at the ears and go straight down, then you spot the nipple."
So of course everyone tests this theory out and whatdoyaknow! it freakin works! Now we can win at the 'spot the nipple' game EVERYTIME! woohoo!
So, apparently the earlobes are parallel to the nipple.

P.S. We 'baked' -vron n i- a 'cake' it tasted... mmm... it was ok edible i guess.
