Uhmmm.... Today's 14 miler was BRU-TAL.
I ran by cemeteries, Target Mall, Queens Center Mall, my childhood home, my Catholic Elementary school, basically boring ass destinations.
I listened to Gagalicious for 3 miles & had to switch back to T-Swizzle on shuffle.
I drank Coconut water - much better than tropical carrot juice which punched then twisted my stomach.
I stretched for 35 mins afterwards.
And guess what??? NO KNEE/LEG PAIN!
During the run I thought about:
1. "how the eff i am going to finish the marathon"
2. how it might take me like 6 hours
3. Then I remembered my training has been constantly interrupted.
Followed by:
4. How grateful I am to be able to come this far.
5. how my tiny legs are so nimble.
6. how effin' freezing cold 25F really is
7. A HOT SHOWER!!
