1. GET into a DI (same as before).
2. Decrease running, increase strength:
-3x per week STRENGTH & 3x per week RUN
-STRENGTH: yoga + weights + (?)
-RUN: speedwork + hills + 'long run'
3. Eat more whole foods.
A different type of veg. for every day of the week.
4. Get a part-time job while waiting for DI acceptance.
5. Meet my cute niece.
6. Travel.
7. Answer text msgs PROMPTLY! (sorry guys, I'm working on it)
BONUS: Work on not being so afraid to fail.
