since I have stopped running. I had a seriously kick ass busy week and that took my mind of the subject for a good portion of the 12 days. However, now that I am free (of exams/presentations/interviews), I think about running a lot and how I am currently unfit to run.
Yesterday, as I was walking, my knee started aching out of nowhere! I haven't even run for 12 days and I have been progressing rather well as per my physical therapist. So this setback is pretty devastating to say the least. This is beyond the most frustrating thing I have encountered in a while.
I feel like a different person. I think about running a lot and I try not to talk about it too much bc I think ppl get super sick of me talking about it. But I love to run, I miss the run, I wish I could run, I need to run and I get kinda jealous when I see runners on the street... like today where it was the perfect weather and you could wear shorts...in october. There. i said it. boom.
