Tuesday (today): Run 1 hour
I've been setting my alarm an hour early so I can run in the morning. I even put out my clothes & socks for motivation and easy access. But what do I do when the alarm calls??? SNOOZE. That is 0 for 3.
Tomorrow morning, I plan to do a warm up run plus leg strengthening exercises.
