TODAY'S RUN: am- 1.5mile @ Tempo; pm- 2 mile Tempo, 1 mile Goal Pace, 1 mile Recover Location: am- Treadmill; pm- Central Park Thoughts: Tonight's run was hard as heck; i blame 'tiredness' & humidity.
