I think there may be a new regular thing on this blog consisting of some "fuel" & my run stats...to keep me accountable for mileage of course.
TODAY'S RUN: 3 fast miles w/ hills
Location: Central Park East Drive to 85th -->across Bridle Path --> West 85th & back to East 65th
Thoughts: "we [Leslie & I] killed Cat Hill just now!!"
Breakfast:
toast with sunflower nut butter (*mmmm) & coffee. [sry, no pictures please]
Lunch: Multigrain pilaf::asparagus::baby broccoli::grape tomatoes/banana
Snack: kid clif bar (so darn good!!) before the pm run
Dinnah: egg&cheese::avocado::ketchup on a ww tortilla/FRESH COCONUT WATER =) Thanks Uncle Lorson!
