I am much more productive with "lists" bc of my need to cross things off. So, been home all day churning out papers & annotated bibliographies, 3 loads of laundry and some sweeping & vacuuming. Run later on then coffee with Marina. Here are my eats for today & added some dessert from the other night but couldn't post due to camera battery issues - oh, by issues I just mean that the battery ran out :/ (I eat healthier during the week as opposed to the weekends...will make sure to document a weekend day this week.)
Breakfast: slice of whole wheat french toast w. greek yogurt & real maple syrup

& green tea

Snack I: 1/2 an orange

Snack II: 1/2 red pepper......

sliced.

Snack III: yogurt w. cereal/pcs dried fruit

Dinner: whole wheat spaghetti & peas, roasted sweet potatoes & choy (veg)

Had couple bites of cheesecake (w. Marina) when we went out for coffee tonight. Ordered an iced coffee w. soy. When I arrived home, I was super duper hungry & thirsty probably from the diuretic effects of the coffee, so had some salad w/ balsamic vinegar and tomatoes.
-Oh and learned soooo much today through animations stored on my hard drive thanks to fellow classmate. I now understand gene expression and the mechanism of the LAC OPERON! life feels a bit more wonderful now.

It drives me crazy to see the way you eat!!! it looks too nutritious to taste good lols. and so jealous that can eat in these small portions and such
Honestly, I don't eat this way ALL the time...at all. During the weekdays, I usually do bc it's easier since I plan out what to bring to school or I'm home and have time to cook. But during the weekends, I eat out a lot & have desserts ie. cookies, milkshakes. but just try to eat as healthful as i can given the circumstances.
Ps. You can do it too!! I'm technically studying this and am surrounded by ppl who eat whole peppers like they would apples.
If you're up for it, I can do a nutrition assessment on you during break! we did this assignment for my class i assessed my cousin & gave her pointers as to what vitamins to take and in what amnts and what not to take too much of etc. and it was super fun.
