new thing: "daily eats"

I've been meaning to do this thing on my blog where I blog my daily eats for several reasons:
but mainly to hold me accountable for things I eat, especially as a prospective registered dietitian.
I wanted to wait until January 1st 2010; so i could do it everyday, in the start of the year blah blah blah; I;m starting now bc by the time Jan rolls around I will most likely have forgotten about this brilliant idea.
So now you guys get to see the clothes I wear, the food I eat, the way my room looks; geez you guys will know me better than...other people...who don't read my blog.

BREAKFAST: 1/2 mini pita w/ peanut butter pre-run; the other half & 2 boiled egg whites post-run

SNACK I: grande iced coffee (sweetened) w/ half skim milk, half cream

SNACK II: baby carrots

LUNCH: peanut butter 'sam'wich on TJ's (Trader Joe's) multigrain bread

SNACK III: Greek yogurt w/ honey, granola, dried fruit; (i realized after tasting, this was way too sweet)

DINNER: salad, snow peas, egg white, tomato, & cheese on whole wheat toast.

AFTER DINNER SNACK IV: handful of hazelnuts
