Success.

Remember when I said I wanted to paint our room? Well, guess what? we did!! It's awesome. The color is warm flannel gray with a subtle lilac undertone.
I finally got around to posting pictures.

On another note, I'm also thinking of what has come with my blog. It seems all over the place, just like me. I haven't done my famous outfit posts, not bc my clothes aren't fabulous but bc I'm so lazy at taking the tripod in & out of the case, assembling, and dissembling, then uploading, and saving and posting... is that bad??

On a nutritional note, I have been eating poorly for the past 3 weeks and it really caught up with me. I felt bloated, have dry hair & skin & pimples adorned my forehead. tmi? So, my plan started Monday. I altered my brkfast routine to 1/2 a small pita w/ peanut butter before my run; then green tea and 2 boiled eggs post run. For lunch, no change since i usually have oatmeal w/ golden raisins EVERY WEEKDAY - w/o fail (call me boring, i like routine). Dinner was altered in that I actually cook... this week was scrambled eggs with onion, potatoes, carrots and sugar snap peas. Then Greek yogurt wiht honey & granola for dessert. I really hope this doesn't come off as pretentious nutritionist. I really have to do planning and make an effort to be this awesome (with my consumption...& in general i guess).
As for exercise phsyiology;
I slept in my workout clothes, so I could wake up early and go for a simple, clean fun 2 miler in the AM before school stuffs. I've done this successfully for the past 3 days. So i;m going to need a lot more 'pajamas' aka sports bras & running shorts/pants & running tops.

After merely 3 days of this change-up, my huge ginormous, activated pimple on my forehead began to disappear! Well not completely, but its not red & inflamed & painful to the touch anymore; so yay for that!

will update more with thanksgiving recipes (already made...w/ pics of course) - i have my eyes on sweetpotato crisp kinda like apple crisp but not.

well the workout clothes are clean!! as i have not worked out in them duh! geez i dont wear dirty workout clothes to sleep let alone ever put back on dirty workout clothes, does that make sense???
