My feelings are perched atop a fence; I am extremely excited for Vegas tomorrow, as my dad has prepped me well. However, my running buddy - cousin 'Lestink'[:)] is heading upstate for (what may as well be) good (since he will not be back for our weekly Nike runs) & we did not have time for one last run beforehand. Boooooo! I'm also disappointed I missed the farewell dinner. I didn't know..I wanted to be there.
-went to Vianey's reading today @ Topaz Arts studio. She was amazing! Other writers were fantastic as well; some even gave me goosebumps as I soaked up each variously distinct immigrant tale.
-"it's what i wore 8.16" is up and running
