RunRut

I am getting sick and tired of running. It's starting to feel more like a chore than a hobby. A marathon is a bigger commitment than I could have imagined. I realize I can run longer and have a faster pace when I am angry or frustrated because my body is so much more capable than my mind can comprehend. I'm going to try running with a free running club - Run NYC affiliated with Niketown; there are free refreshments and bagels after the runs. Hope this helps bc I am nervous about not completing the 26.2. BOO.

School is brutal and takes up time as well; but I get to use my eee pc.

Hey Caroline.. Keep the reasons why you want to run the marathon in the forefront of your mind. Remember the ½ marathon my mother was doing that I told you about? Well during her training she started feeling just like you do now.. But she just kept telling herself it was for charity and just a goal she had set for herself so it made it worthwhile. keep at it//
