I have been sleeping between 3:00 AM to 3:30 AM for the past 2 weeks. I occasionally wake up with headaches that are subtle yet linger throughout the day which blows major 'nads! So I decided to head on over to WebMD and realized there is a sleeping disorder called Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome; which basically means that my internal circadian clock is out of whack.
Treatment: CHRONOTHERAPY
It's when you delay your bedtime 3hrs further meaning instead of 3 am; I should sleep at 6am and wake up at 3pm.. then the next day sleep at 9 am and wake up at 6pm... the day after sleep at 11am and wake up at 9pm.. for like 8 days until the cycle finally reaches SLEEP @ 10pm and WAKE @ 6am. That's the freakin' dumbest sh*t ever (at least for a college student during finals period)!
All in all I guess I should just go with the whole... go to bed earlier and cross my fingers that my body will allow me some shut eye :/
Lax came back for Thanksgiving & I had missed her so! We of course did our usual - movie & That 70's Show marathon. It was oh so lovely!
P.S. I stopped running on since Wed. Today was the first day back on track... Don't judge me; it was Turkey Day! The important thing is getting back into the swing of things, right? RIGHT.
Also! Tomrw's the Christmas Tree lighting @ Rockefellar; Vron, Jes & I are gona be there with hot cocoa then walk down 5th Ave to look at all the wonderful decorations. sigh. i love the holly-daze.

how does anyone do that stuff?! that's way too much work to have to get your schedule back on... schedule. good luck tho, you need more sleep. especially since you're running as much as you are!
