Joe

If you know me, you know that I absolutely L - O - V -E coffee and all that coffee shops have to offer. From old faithful -Starbucks to that teeny weeny coffee shop just footsteps from my school -World Cup Cafe on Lexington & 69th. They have the most amazing Soy Chai Latte ever. It's more sweet than spicy and it is to die for, and a bit frothy. It's one of those drinks I buy before my Anatomy & Physiology lecture to stay alert enough to take notes. But I have to time when I buy my cup, exactly right, so it does not run out before lecture even begins! It's tough for a little Asian American girl like me because it's so tasty I cannot seem to tear my lips off the little spout of the brown paper cup... there's nothing quite like their soy chai... Oh, and pee. es. they also have muffins and cookies spewing from the counter :) The only problem with this is that the mini shop is the size of my closet with only three stools for the already teensy hole in the wall.
Mudspot - restaurant/coffee shop with a sister Mudtruck- that big orange truck that's always stationed right outside the Astor Pl. subway station on the 6. Worth a try, I'll let you know how it goes. :) Or if you've been there, you can let me know ;)
With exams & this thing they call "education", piled high, Vron & I decided we are going to make Pumpkin Chocolate Chip cookies and Eclairs...(maybe just one, probably just one or the other) after the whole shabang - sometime next week. [of course accompanied with pics! so start gettin' excited!]

Love that pic, I thought it was two pictures instead of just one.
I love mugs...

yay for pumpkin chocolate chip cookies! I just had one after me lunch. yum. I have to admit I'm not a huge eclair fan, but they're so fun to make. I'm posting my pccc tomorrow, so after you use your mix, you can make them from scratch.
